Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Plastics Canada website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

Plastics Canada provides custom-cut polycarbonate sheets in various sizes, thicknesses, and colors. All products are subject to the following terms:

• All sheets are cut to order with a 1/8" (3mm) cut tolerance
• Actual dimensions may be up to 1/8" smaller than listed due to blade cutting
• Colors may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing variations
• Product specifications are subject to change without notice

Orders and Pricing

When you place an order with us:

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Payment must be received before we process your order

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms:

• We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international shipments

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final - we do not accept returns on custom-cut sheets
• Refunds are only provided for manufacturing defects or shipping damage
• Claims for defects must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Photos of defects or damage must be provided for all claims
• We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing refunds

Product Use and Safety

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for determining if products are suitable for your intended use
• You will follow all safety guidelines when cutting, installing, or using our products
• Polycarbonate sheets may have sharp edges and require careful handling
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or installation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plastics Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Plastics Canada and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
