H-Connector
A one-piece H-shaped profile. Two panel edges slide into the two channels, giving a simple, low-cost joint. Best for greenhouse walls, sheds, pergolas and low-slope covers. Sold by panel thickness (6, 8 or 10mm) in 8' and 12' lengths.
Snap H-Connector
A two-piece profile: a base that is fixed to the framing and a cap that snaps on over the panel edges. It fits 6-10mm panels in one product and comes in lengths up to 24', which suits full-length roof runs. Because the cap snaps off, a single panel can be replaced later without taking the roof apart.
Aluminum Top Connector
An aluminum cap that clamps the panel edges from above. A stronger, longer-lasting seam than a plastic profile, suited to patio covers and roofs exposed to wind and snow. Sold in 8', 12' and 16' lengths.
Aluminum Top and Bottom Connector
Aluminum above and below the panel for maximum rigidity. Choose a rounded top to shed water or a flat top for a lower profile. The best choice for permanent roofs and carports. Sold in 8', 12' and 16' lengths.

How to Install Polycarbonate Roof Panels
- Place panels with the UV-protected side facing up (marked on the protective film).
- Run the flutes down the slope so moisture can drain.
- Pre-drill oversized holes and use screws with rubber washers; do not overtighten.
- Leave room for thermal expansion at the ends and edges.
- Seal the top end and fit end channel or caps at the bottom.
- Peel the protective film after installation.
