No Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our polycarbonate sheets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. All sheets are cut to order with a 1/8" cut tolerance.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please note that damaged product coverage only applies when you have contacted us before placing your order so we can specifically note and arrange protection for your shipment. If this was arranged in advance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- • Contact us before ordering if you need shipping damage coverage added to your order
- • Take photos of the damage or defect upon arrival
- • Keep all original packaging materials
- • Email us at plasticscanadasales@gmail.com with your order number and photos
- • We will review claims only for orders where coverage was arranged in advance
Order Carefully
Please double-check your size, thickness, and color selections before placing your order. All sheets are custom cut to order with a 1/8" cut tolerance (sheets will be approximately 1/8" smaller than listed size due to the blade). We cannot accept returns for incorrect orders unless the error was on our part.
