Returns & Refunds
No Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our polycarbonate sheets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. All sheets are cut to order with a 1/8" cut tolerance.
How to Return
Contact Us
Email us at plasticscanadasales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Ship Your Return
Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided. Include your RMA number on the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

- • Keep all original packaging materials
- • Email us at plasticscanadasales@gmail.com with your order number and photos
- • We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified defects
Order Carefully
Please double-check your size, thickness, and color selections before placing your order. All sheets are custom cut to order with a 1/8" cut tolerance (sheets will be approximately 1/8" smaller than listed size due to the blade). We cannot accept returns for incorrect orders unless the error was on our part.
